Admissions Overview Admission to J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is open to anyone with a high school diploma, a GED, a certificate of completion of home schooling, or who is 18 and has passed the Ability-to-Benefit test. You may select either a curricular (if you plan to earn a degree or certificate) or non-curricular program.
Reynolds alum, Frankie Lunsford, was recently appointed to the Board of Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians. She turned her passion for opticianry into a career dedicated to accessible vision care. Now working at Conexus and serving on Virginia’s Board of Opticians, she embodies commitment, resilience, and community service.
Reynolds has academic campuses located in the city of Richmond, Henrico County and Goochland County.
