Does the department offer any type of reimbursement for relocation expenses? Only for promotions (after 4 years as a Trooper) Is there a specific length of time you must serve before you are eligible to promote or transfer to a special assignment? 4 years to promote, usually 2 years to transfer to specialty assignments.
